- I am the lead guitarist for BrainDeadRoots. We are a Scottish Melodic Deathcore band formed in late 2011 by guitarists Daniel Hunter and Connor Wilkinson. Near the end of 2011 Michael Paterson joined as the drummer following the arrival of comprising Deathcore vocalist Cameron Hardy and bassist Matthew McIntosh. BrainDeadRoots bacame quite influential in the Deathcore community after a few months of experimenting with different styles and sounds during the creation of albums, Withered Existence and Resurrection.
